Once an order is placed, it will be dispatched within 2-3 working days and delivered within 5-7 working days

Our stainless steel jewellery is waterproof, anti-tarnish and hypoallergenic. It is 18K gold plated which gives it the long lasting colour and shine than other regular plating, we recommend following the last two factors to increase their longevity.

• Do not rub or scratch your jewellery with other pieces or other such sharp objects which may remove the plating.
• Gently wipe your jewellery with a microfibre cloth after use
• Place your jewellery in a pouch when not in use to increase its longevity

We do not provide any returns as all sales made are final.

Incase your receive a damaged or incorrect product, please share an unboxing video from the beginning where the box hasn’t been opened yet to the end with all the relevant tags.

Please share the video and any pictures to info@onadesignstudio.com within 48 hours upon receiving the product after which we won’t entertain any requests.

Once a refund request has been approved you can expect a refund within 5-7 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange request that doesn’t meet our requirements.
