EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

We do not provide any returns as all sales made are final.

We do not provide exchange of one product for another.

Incase your receive a damaged or incorrect product, please share an unboxing video from the beginning where the box hasn’t been opened yet to the end with all the relevant tags.

Please share the video and any pictures to info@onadesignstudio.com within 48 hours upon receiving the product after which we won’t entertain any requests.

 

Once a refund request has been approved you can expect a refund within 5-7 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange request that doesn’t meet our requirements.
